Hey! I owned that black 750 from around 1993 to about 1997. It was my first street bike. It was originally red, but I crashed it the night before my high school open house and had it repainted black and put the black plastic fender on. I also had that seat cover made by a relative who is an upholsterer. I bought the superbike bars from Fisher Honda in Saybrook.
